Planning a relaxing vacation

Called a common irony in life is when one person talks, finally managed to take a much needed vacation and sick when they are away from work.

The reason for this situation is common is easily explained. Most people, as they are preparing for a vacation, a condition feverish attempt to tie the ends at work, always in bulk to find a home and / or pet sitter, passports or visas to find, organize and cleaning the house ready ShipyardCreation of "do" lists for the people, the list goes on. Finally, if the road to your holidays, your body needs a break. The immune system is suffering from lack of sleep and stress related to obesity. It is the ideal time for a virus to attack and get a hold of the company.

There is another underlying disease attacks during the holidays. Many times you choose a journey that is not relaxed for them.

Two years ago my wife and I went on holiday with friends. We wentNordic skiing at a resort. The cottage we stayed in was nice, we were surrounded by friends, and the weather was beautiful - like a holiday for a wonderful recipe. Unfortunately, our friends much better than we skiers and we ran so ragged, we were painfully stiff for days. We also left free in the evenings, and try to drink with our friends has been a big mistake. My wife and I returned from our vacation exhausted and sick.

The Way to leave is to avoid a bad plan ahead.

- Consider what is the purpose of the holiday. If the objective is to stress after a busy time at work to reduce, make sure that the target will give you peace of mind you need.

- Take a vacation before the holiday. Take three or four days of rest before the arrival, in order to organize and begin to slow down the pace gradually.

- Prepared, Get Well, first ofHolidays>. If you have any documents (VISA / passport), recipes, reservation, tickets, etc. .. put them all in advance. Nothing is more comforting sense of security.

- Finally, do not let me feel your doing too much, nothing more. Often there is pressure to go site-seeing or to participate in social events. If you want to stay in the room and read a book that is probably the only thing you should do.
